Development Surveyor - Aberdeen

Due to our continued growth in the North Est of Scotland and our geographical expansion outwith, Knight Real Estate has an opportunity within its team for a suitable qualified individual to fulfil the role of  Development Surveyor.   In this key position you will liaise with existing tenants and build on those relationships to seek out new property related opportunities and also develop ties with prospective tenants and occupiers where property may be traded and we can bring our related expertise and portfolio to the table.   You will be responsible for the preparation, submission and negotiation of all property proposals covering our development sities and existing properties and thus you will be client facing and should possess good communication skills.   You will work closely with our in house development team and report to director level.   This exciting position offers a superb opportunity for that right individual within a progressive and energetic business.  We see this person being a self starter with a pro active approach and can do attitude and with this position goes a great deal of responsibility and autonomy to help us develop and grow this business.    We can offer for the right individual, an excellent working environment and a package to suit your capabilities

Development Manager - Central Belt

The Development Manager will work within the Central Belt Project team to take responsibility for the successful project delivery and management of key developments from inception to handover, ensuring these are delivered within agreed timescales and budgets and to the high quality standards our clients expect. You will be responsible for protecting Knight Property Group’s investment during the construction and managing the development budget to ensure the development costs are not exceeded. You will also be required to prepare monthly budget reports, pre-construction development budgets and liaise with the end-user throughout each project. Applicants for this challenging post should have excellent communication skills and will work closely with the QS, engineers, planning supervisor, design team and client throughout each development. This is an exciting, varied and progressive position offering an excellent salary and benefits package.
