Knight Real Estate has paid more than £5 million to the Norwich Property Trust for the Kirkhill Commercial Park in Dyce.

This site is close to Aberdeen airport and Knight Real Estate plan to build 160,000sq ft of industrial and office accommadation on a speculative basis for a "buoyant" market, with strong demand and pre-lets anticipated.  King Sturge acted for KRE and Savills for Norwich.  The marketing agents are Ryden and Graham & Sibbald.
