Knight Property Group's Latest Development Heralds New Climbs for CHC Scotia North-east commercial property developer Knight Property Group have completed the construction of new premises for CHC Scotia at Aberdeen's Kirkhill Industrial Estate in Dyce with completion achieved early on July 31, 2008.
CHC Scotia is part of the European division of the international CHC Helicopter Corporation, which is one of the world's leading providers of helicopter services to the offshore oil and gas industry. With aircraft operating in more than 30 countries around the world, CHC Scotia provide services to a portfolio of blue-chip clients that include BP, TotalFinaElf, Statoil, and Chevron.
The new premises are adjacent to UK headquarters CHC House - another Knight Property Group development - and they provide an additional 5,939 sq ft of office space as well as 6,000 sq ft of flight simulator accommodation.
A unique development, this project contains a number of distinctive features that include glass curtain walling that enables the flight simulators (two in total) to be viewed externally when illuminated at night.

The fit-out was also undertaken by Knight Property Group who delivered the development on budget and within the project timeline. This development has a lease term of 15 years. |
