Construction has commenced for phase two at Aberdeen's WestPoint Business Park - Knight Property Group's £45 million office development set on a 6.75 acre site.

Launched in March of this year, WestPoint Business Park has already seen the completion and lease out of phase one, which consists of three high-specification office pavilions with tenants TAQA Bratani (pavilion one), Seabrokers Limited (pavilion two), and Blue Sky Business Space (pavilion three). 

With phase one fully let and extensive interest generated for forthcoming buildings, Knight Property Group have kick-started the construction of phase two at WestPoint Business Park with completion scheduled for July 2009.
