Knight Property Group has agreed terms on a lease with TAQA Bratani Limited for the premier office pavilion at their WestPoint development, which is located in Aberdeen’s Arnhall Business Park, Westhill.   TAQA Bratani Limited have taken a 10 year lease for Pavilion One at the WestPoint site. A 43,142 square foot speculative build, this building spans four floors of high-specification office accommodation.   TAQA Bratani Limited is an exploration and production company operating in the UK. Having established an office in Aberdeen in 2007, the move to WestPoint sees the relocation of the UK office for this company. TAQA Bratani Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (“TAQA”). TAQA has investments and operations totaling more than £10 billion across the energy spectrum (power generation, water desalination, upstream oil and gas, pipelines, and gas storage).   Knight Property Group recently launched WestPoint – a 6.75 acre development that will house a total of seven office pavilions. Construction of phase one is now complete with each of its three pavilions fully occupied.
