It has unveiled plans to establish a commercial park on a 10.95 acre site in Altens, Aberdeen - and the first of the units is already under offer.

Minto Commercial Park will offer individual sites containing properties upwards of 10,000sq ft in size, to be developed to meet customer requirements.

Knight Real Estate Managing Director James Barrack said:

It is expected the first of the units will be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2008.
