Commercial property developer Knight Real Estate, a Chess Property Group plc company, has completed construction of Wellington House, its £6million speculative office development in Altens, Aberdeen.

Knight Real Estate is in negotiations with a number of prospective tenants, primarily from the energy sector, interested in leasing space in the 20,385sq ft pavilion.

It is one of a series of significant developments being undertaken by the developer across the north-east of Scotland.

Sole marketing agent for the two-storey pavilion in Wellington Circle  is Graham & Sibbald.
