| New appointments boosts Knight Real Estate ambitions |

Knight Real Estate, a chess Property Group plc company, has bolstered its KRE team with the appointment of Kirsty Miller as Development Surveyor and Laura Fiddes as Project Manager
Kirsty will work alongside Niall Carlton within the central belt, maximising and identifying new opportunities, as Knight Real Estate continues to become established as a key player nationally.

ambitions to grow its portfolio significantly across Scotland. I'm
looking forward to being involved in all sectors of development and
exploring new opportunities in retail and mixed-use schemes" The
timing of the appointment coincides with the move to new premises
acquired in Gordon Street, Glasgow as part of an investment development
acquisition. Knight Real Estate Managing Director James Barrack said "Kirsty has an excellent track record in a range of commercial property disciplines - both here in Scotland and abroad - and will prove to be a real asset as we seek to broaden our activity ". Kirsty, an honours graduate in land economy from the University of Aberdeen and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors had previously worked in roles in both Scotland and Australia.Laura Fiddes joins Knight Real Estate at their office in Aberdeen, further strengthening the team and contruibuting her knowledge to managing the commercial development projects from acquisition to completion and handover. Laura an honours graduate in building surveying from The Robert Gordon University, previously worked as a senior building standards officer and in technical/project manager roles in the public sector. She is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.Knight Real Estate Director Howard Crawshaw said "Our project portfolio in the north - east - and beyond - is presently extensive and set to grow further over the coming months" "Laura joins us with a background and specific skills set that means she is ideally equipped to help us achieve our growth ambitions and continue to develop and deliver quality developments that reflect the needs of the modern-day marketplace".
