Aberdeen firm Knight Property Group Plc have completed the sale of Pavilion Two at its coveted WestPoint Business Park, which will be officially launched on June 6, 2008. Seabrokers Property Limited have purchased the building and Seabrokers Limited will occupy Pavillion Two at this £45 million business development. They join BlueSky Business Space in securing accommodation at WestPoint, which is located in the highly commercial Westhill area that is home to a growing number of global firms including Subsea 7 and Technip.WestPoint Business Park is one of Knight Property Group's leading commercial developments. This 6.75-acre site - located close to the planned peripheral route - offers high-specification office accommodation across seven pavilions. It will serve up to 22 businesses from a range of commercial sectors. Howard Crawshaw, Director for Knight Property Group said: "WestPoint Business Park is one of Knight Property Group's leading projects for 2008. Seabrokers Ltd will serve their international client base from Pavilion Two at WestPoint Business Park, and gain entry into their new 15,000 square feet office space this month, May 2008.
